1、在电脑里下载一个向日葵电脑被控端：windows版远程控制版本8.6.5.43162。
2、在手机里下载一个向日葵手机控制端：android版本6.3.8.13160。二、注册：
到向日葵官网注册一个账号。官网地址：http:\sunlogin.oray.com\。在官网页面右上角打开“注册”，在注册表“账号”里输入账号、“密码”,“手机号码”。为了获得验证码，在给出的算式后面输入和数或差数，然后点击后面的“答题获得手机验证码”，如果成功，稍停后会打开信息，得到验证码，然后输入这个验证码，点击“个人应用”、“同意以下协议并注册”，此时即可注册成功。三、设置：
1、在电脑里设置：打开电脑桌面上的“向日葵8”，在弹出的向日葵客户端复制本机识别码（注网时已给出），然后粘贴到“伙伴的识别码”，点“远程协助”，点“远程请求”，点“接受”，显示电脑远程桌面，如不想看，点“任务管理器”，结束任务。
2、在手机里设置：打开手机上的向日葵控制端，打开“发现”，点远程协助，输入识别码，点“下一步”，输入验证码，进入远程电脑桌面，然后选择快捷键盘，进行各种电脑操作。四、使用：
点击“我的”，你会看到你的手机账号以及其他一些信息。
点击“主机”，输入识别码，点发送请求，你会得到“该主机已经被告绑定了”的提示，点确认，绑定成功。另外，如果点添加主机，输入计算机名称,会得葵码。
点击“发现”，你可以进入两种操作。一是点“远程协助”，点击“识别码验证码”，经过连接、验证过程，即可在手机里“显示电脑桌面”，然后，你就可以在本地局域网或远程互联网的条件下通过手机对电脑进行各种操作了。二是点“局域网扫描”，会弹出计算机名称和IP地址等有关信息，进一步点击这些，又会弹出桌面控制、摄像头、桌面观看、远程文件、CMD、关机、重启等快捷图标。分别打开这些功能菜单，按要求输入Windows账户和密码，即可登录进入虚拟的电脑里面。使用向日葵软件的体会和遗憾：体会： 向日葵这个远程控制软件很好玩。通过向日葵这个软件用手机控制电脑的最大亮点在于：可以用手机遥控电脑，在手机上对远程电脑进行各种操作。如：关闭电脑，重启电脑，控制桌面，下载软件，打印文件等，凡是在电脑上可以操作的，在手机上都可以操作，大有“手机遥控电脑，电脑就在眼前”的感觉，实现了手机和电脑的零接触，人和电脑的零接触，达到了天人合一、妙不可言的境界。两点遗憾：一是因为我的电脑主机不支持WOL远程唤醒功能，所以无法使用向日葵公司开发的“开机棒”工具进行远程开机。判断我的电脑主机不支持远程开机的方法是，在关机模式下，打开BIOS电源管理菜单，看有无Remote Wake UP或Wake on LAN选项，如果有这样的选项，电脑就支持远程开机，否则，不支持。而我用的是联想启天B2100-B002型号的电脑，属于一体机，并没有这样的选项，当然无法使用开机棒。好在远程开机的机会极少，不用也就罢了。二是因为费流量，所以知道手机有这个远程控制电脑的功能、增加一点手机电脑知识、从电脑提取有关资料、有兴趣的时候玩玩就可以了，平时尽量不用或少用。向日葵远程控制是一款远程管理和控制的服务软件。您在任何可连入互联网的地点，都可以轻松访问和控制安装了向日葵远程控制被控端的远程主机， 整个过程完全可以通过浏览器进行，无需再安装软件。
