展开全部找了很多地暖和空调的优缺点对比给大家看一下辛苦找的，觉得还是很实用的1、空调的双功能——冷暖两用，地暖的双功能——采暖及提供全年的生活热水；2、在空调环境下皮肤会非常干燥，对爱美女士来说是非常不利的。而地暖不干不燥，使房间能保持适当的湿度。3地暖比较受空间限制，要是开地暖整个房间都发热，而空调在哪个房间活动就在哪个房间开就好了，所以相对费用会比较便宜，以至于虽然地暖是烧燃气的，但是一个冬天50平米的房子也要2000-3000元4空调运行噪音大，尤其是深夜影响睡眠。地暖零分贝运行。5空调首次投入成本低，地暖首次投入成本较高6空调升温快。地暖升温慢，2-4个小时才能热起来。7空调随开随关，灵活控制。地暖整个采暖季都开着，但无人时可低温运行。8、空调占房屋空间。地暖占5-7cm的层高。对比了一下我觉得我这样的穷人还是买空调吧
本回答被提问者采纳展开全部空调的气流会有死角，吹出来时热风，等到沉降后温度会降低，人体温感最明显的脚和腿，做地暖的话，脚和腿最先接触到，会很舒服，要从钱方面说，空调几千块钱，地暖初投资比较高，建议地暖，好歹人舒服嘛
展开全部在北方居住的话不缺钱的你可以考虑装地暖比较适合环境、空调国内的牌子都不怎么好、虽然便宜一点、但是用的不长久。

展开全部供暖用天然气地暖与空调制热两种方式来比较的话，天然气地暖运行成本应该是低一些的。如果都是全天运行的话，天然气地暖是能够省不少钱的，开空调肯定是比天然气要多花不少钱的。下面跟随金金一起来了解一下吧。如果是126平方三室两厅的房子，如果是天然气地暖，估计初期投入是要大一些的，估计设备费用和铺设地暖要几万块钱，这个有不同的档次的，因此花费也不同，如果是稍微好点的估计是地暖加上燃气炉费用要3万以上了。当然还有更好的可能是更贵一点的。运行费用，如果是全天24小时开着，保持室温18度，一个取暖季大概四个月，1平方米取暖面积=12立方米天然气。取暖季4个月，即每个月1平方米面积=3立方米天然气。你这房子面积为126平方，每立方气体价格为2.4元，大概每个月需要907.2元。这里面需要说明的是，如果是自己住宅周边楼上楼下都没有暖气片，那么四周上下都是凉墙，散热量增加，需要消耗的燃气量也会增加不少的。如果是空调制热，设备投入费用几乎是没有的，一般买空调时都会带制热功能的。126平方的房子，如果想24小时所有房间都保持18度，大概需要至少两台制热空调，大概两台功率在5千瓦以上，这样1天24小时耗电量为120度，一个月耗电将在3600度左右，就算是5毛钱一度电，一个月运行费用也要1800元，如果是阶梯电价的话，每个月电费将更高的。显然，空调运行费用是很高的。天然气地暖和空调取暖相比较的话，因为天然气地暖投入的成本较大，需要投入3万元以上的设备和地暖铺设的费用，但是运行费用比用空调低一倍。但是考虑到前期的投入，而且以后天然气是否涨价的因素也要考虑的。只有综合考虑了各种因素以后才好做决定的。上面对于天然气地暖和空调取暖的费用也都分析的差不多了，现在需要了解的就是是否经常在家，家里面是否有老人孩子经常在家，以后的情况怎么样都是要考虑的。如果是考虑到今后家里可能有老人和孩子，一天24小时开暖气，那就可以直接上一套天然气地暖，虽然前期投入大一点，但是后期运行费用低，而且没有很大的噪音。当然了，如果是家里白天没有人，晚上也是很晚才回来，一天开取暖设备也就是几小时，那么用空调或者电暖气取暖是比较省的，这样还可以节约不少前期投入的设备费用。费用的问题，分为初期造价和后期能耗：初期造价：空调是具有冷暖双功能的，这个是有优势的。而地暖只能解决取暖，不能解决制冷的需求。后期能耗：空调的能耗除去户型保温、结构原因以外，主要取决于环境温度对主机的影响，通常的氟系统空调，在面对0度以下的环境时，制热效果就很差了。你刚才说运用在北方，如果环境温度在零下10度，这个时候只要主机能正常工作就谢天谢地了，更不要想要什么好的制热效果了。所以，如果是这样的效果，因为你家里空调一直温度达不到，能耗就是无法估量了，高得吓人。地暖在这个面积，按照正常的配置锅炉，温度设定在22度的话，一个月1000元左右是没有问题的。舒适度：就算空调能出热风，如果你选择柜机挂机在制热时，把风向调整到人的活动区域，让热风扑向自己，这样的效果还是可以；但是会很干燥，一会儿你就会发现脸干得疼；如果你是暗藏式空调，效果就更惨了，热风根本到不了低处，即1.2米以下很冷。地暖带给你的效果就是暖意洋洋，热量均匀的从地面慢慢的辐射上来，首先让你的脚底板、腿部暖暖的，然后就是你周身都会暖暖的，所以舒适度非常高。已赞过已踩过你对这个回答的评价是？评论
